to tell me she's coming to Debi's shower. We chatted about all kinds of stuff. I asked if she had heard from Fred, who's working in San Diego this week. She had, and he loves San Diego, and wants to move there and his parents to move there But I just had to deal with the possibility of Debi moving to Long Island, and now you want to take her to San Diego? OH...one more note....It is VERY EXPENSIVE TO LIVE IN SAN DIEGO!
House costs and event apt rentals are astronomical!

Don't worry!! Our absolute favorite place in the world is Key West. Every time we come home from there we make plans to move. Then those plans just fade away because really, we could never be THAT far from our families. This could be one of those things

Mary don't worry about it. She was probably mentioning it casually. I'm sure Debi would talk to you if they had any intentions of moving that far away.

So, I talked to Debi about this. She assured me she does not want to move to San Diego, and thought Fred was just day dreaming, when he told his Mom he wanted to move there. According to Debi, he likes the laid back quality, the palm trees, and the many health food stores available there. Mary MOB

Hi Mary, First, I would go to a dr for your ears and see if it safe for you to fly! You shouldn't let that 'maybe' stop you! And I'm sure if Debi moved far away, she'd help fly you guys out there!
And I live in Los Angeles, which isn't too far from San Diego, and San Diego is GORGEOUS! I wish I lived there LOL I absolutely love it. And, it's about as expensive in LI as it is here (gas is cheaper though!). I love the weather, so my answer would be... who wouldn't want to live in a moderate climate and lots of sunshine? Why would you want live in snow? LOL (personal preference I know!!)
but it sounds like that won't happen - and for your sake I hope not!
