So frustrated!!

Noone EVER returns my phone calls and e-mails. Its been 2 months, iv contacted most reccommended vendors on here and either no one returns my calls or e-mails or we exchange once and then they drop off the face the earth!

it is sooo annoying planning a wedding from another state but on top of it, i cannot book vendors becuase they never anwser me!

ok i just had to vent.

and if you know of a good, mostly innexpensive florist who actually returns phone calls please please let me know

I'm sorry this is happening to you But, maybe try Flower Michele .. I found them to be very reasonable

Well if you dont mind me asking what your budget is??? I got like 14 high and low centerpieces, bqs for me and my bridal party, everyones flowers for the men and a basic church set up for about 2500.... I thought it was pretty reasonable

thats actually not that bad at all. i mean i only got 2 quotes and neither of those people will now anwser.. lol. but one was wayyy higher and the other was around the same. I wanted to stay under 2500 ish but would like to be on the lower end of 2000

Oh you know what it is... a lot of times they wont call you back bc they know you are shopping around.... a lof of the places I've talked to, they've told me that they dont give quotes over the phone... you need to talk to them on the phone directly (dont keep leaving voicemails) and explain your situation so that they know you are out of state and that you are serious about working with them if they can quote you on a good price.

i guess..but, Not that i doubt you cuase it has to be something, but seriously how does that make any sense... they want business dont they? If i was a vendor i would be anxious to check my v-mails and e-mail since thats how i would make money. If theyd call me back i could tell them im serious. One i am really ready to book but never calls me back. I dont feel comfortable giving someone $2000+ who cant make an effort.

i dont mean to be mean to you please dont read it that way. you are very very helpful im just having my weekly 'i hate weddings' meltdown..lol

LOL! No I totally understand... no worries I had the same problem at one point trying to get quotes... hopefully someone will call you back soon- booking vendors from out of state is stressful enough... you dont need people not calling you back either! Good luck and let us know how it goes!!

Really? I'm sorry to hear that. I'd just call back again. And again. And again. Until you can talk to someone.

I've found most people are eager to return my calls! I think the slow economy has meant slow business for a lot of them.
