So Frustrating!

I bought these wooden plaques from Michaels to start my table numbers and I came across a dilemma... I can't find actual numbers that will fit nicely on the plaque.

There is about 4' of space available to use and every time I think I've found the right size number, theres a dimension thats just slightly off!!!

I've looked at wood craft numbers and aluminum house numbers from the department store...

Can anyone think of another option or somewhere else I may be able to find what I'm looking for???

Maybe a number stencil and paint the numbers on? That's probably a really cost effective way too.
