So get this....

So get this....

I'm getting dressed this morning, and I see on DH's side of the dresser an envelope with a heart in the back - I'm like - I don't remember seeing this... and it says ' Angelo and Liza' on it... i open it up - and its a check from my aunt for a thousand dollars!

Then I see there are more envelopes, and they all have checks and money in them - mind you, I went thru all the envelopes and recorded everything the day after the wedding - I say - Angelo - we have more envelopes here (from people I thought stiffed us - but I was like - come ON - my aunt wouldnt stiff me, so I was nervous that we lost some envelopes!)

He said - oh YEAH - I think I had them in my jacket pocket!

I'm like - you didn't REMEMBER we had more envelopes with checks and CASH in them???

One of them was from a woman that he told me he remembered getting an envelope from when I said she didn't give us a gift...

where was his brain????

Men! They can be so absent-minded and nonchalant at times... It's still a pleasant surprise though. :)

such a typical boy thing to do! at least there was a good prize for his forgetfulness (I can't imagine you could be too mad at him with newly found presents to be counted!)

True - but I kept asking - what about this one? He said - thats funny - I think they did hand me an envelope... I'd say - you gave me all the envelopes, right? He'd be like - yeah...

I still love him....

My FH found a graduation card from high school (mind you he graduated in 1999-just last year-five hundred dollars. I love my FH so much but sometimes his head is up his A$$!!!
