I have posted a few times there has been some drama with FMIL well I figured if anything she would try to be nice at my shower but guess what. SHE LEFT 15 MINUTES AFTER I GOT THERE. Thats right her and FH's sister took off. Real nice. Unfortunately this was the final straw, after the wedding I will not talk to her again. Oh and the only gift from BOTH of them was a christmas ornament.

Ohh, that's just terrible. I'm so sorry you had to deal with that. I hope you enjoyed your shower despite them.
Good to hear that FH is on your side. After the wedding, you will be each other's family and won't have to deal with them..

I can't believe that!! That is horrible. Well atleast now you don't have to talk to them or bother with them anymore. And everyone saw how they acted so they should be embaressed.

not for nothing, your DF needs to speak to her. Not even to reconcile because to me that is a little too much and I know I wouldn't forgive (so I wouldn't ask you to)....but he needs to set her booty straight!

I am so, so sorry. Try your best not to let it get to you... as others have said, you don't need those kind of negative people in your life anyway, especially during such a happy, positive time. Just focus on your FH!!!

I hope the rest of the relatives let her have it!

Im so sorry that they did that to you....I know it is , not easy, but you have to try not to let them get to your...You can't let them spoil this time for you...At least FH sees what they are doing and supports you...

SOrry to hear that. If that was me, I would step on the ornament, box it back up and Fed Ex it overnight back to her house.

Wow..so sorry to hear that...its difficult when you don't get along with the in-laws...I hope you could work though it or 'till death due us part' is going to be a LONGGGGG difficult ride.
