SO had it with appointments!

I arranged for a trial months ago at the salon I always go to. Bumble and Bumble in NYC. I arranged for a fitting at Saks afterwards AND pre-cana on Sunday - figured get it all done in one shot. I get a call on my CELL - Bumble leaves a message telling me it's 'fashion week' and my appt is cancelled!. SO furious- I called - I mean one thing if she is sick - another thing if she gets called last minute for a SHOW she wants to do! The lady at Bumble apologized profusely saying that there is nothing they can do and becuase they are so 'cutting edge' (whatever) the 'designers' are allowed to cancel whenever they get the chance to perform at a show. She said she couldn't guarantee that there would be no 'Show' on NOv. 9th!!!!! But she would schedule me w. somebody who is really good about 'rushing in and taking care of the bride BEFORE a show if one comes up'. Clearly - I cancelled. I have been going there for 5 years! THEN Saks had the WRONG TIME!

Just CONFIRM CONFIRM CONFIRM. Who cares if you are annoying - it is clear to me now that so many things can get screwed up last minute
