I'm FINALLY getting closer and closer to my one year mark, which I'm having mixed feelings about - only due to the fact I'm super jealous of all the brides who are getting married before me and have such a smaller countdown then me lol
so its almost bitter sweet every time i get excited and think to myself 'alomost at the one year mark' cause then i think right away 'damn i still have a whole other year left!!!'
last night when me and FH were walking home he was the one to mention (totally outta no where) 'damn i wish we didnt have to wait another year' i was so happy to hear i wasnt the only one thinking like that, and thought it was super cute that he said it lol so the little girl inside me giggled a bit lol and then i started joke yelling at him 'well your the one who wanted to wait to save money - way to go!' lol
damn i hope this next year goes by fast! everyone keeps telling me 'once you hit you one year it will fly' - i hope so!

I feel the same way at pre-cana. Most of the couples are getting married this winter or spring and I'm like 'wish it was me'

Aw, so sweet of him to say! I love when FH says he doesn't want to wait! I hear the year will fly by, too so we'll have to all enjoy it while we have the time!

it will FLY by, Shannon. I cant even recall it being 1 yr to go, bc the summer and fall FLEW.
It is adorable when the FH's say something about not wanting to wait. Every time I have family issues, drama etc, FH says he is ready to do it tomorrow. It's very sweet.

I totally understand how you feel. When we get married we will have been engaged for 2 1/2 years! I know time will fly though so i just try to enjoy it. We just booked our Honeymoon and we were saying whats crazy is that when were on this trip the wedding will be over!! Like i cant even comprehend that lol

i guess since us gals are the ones doinga all the real planning we start feeling like we are the only ones really excited for the wedding, so its nice hearing they feel the same way. especially when its outta no where!
i'm trying to pack up this year with activities so it really does fly by lol
i feel like a lil kid waiting for Christmas or something lol

I love when my FH says things like that too. :) He gets frustrated with all the planning so for him to express that he's excited about getting married and that he doesn't want to wait, it feels really good!
Don't worry, the year will FLY!! I can't believe I'm coming up on 6 months, it's just unreal!!!

I feel the same way! However, I remember back when we first booked our RH, I was like thinking a year and a half was SO far away, and then all of a sudden the year mark snuck up on me.
Everyone told me to enjoy the time, so I've been trying to relax about it! It'll be here soon and in the meantime you'll get to see all the other wonderful weddings!!

I loveit when FH make comments to show they are just as excited as we are. Once I hit the 1 yr mark, I have noticed the months are getting away from me!!!!

Aww!! Your FH is so sweet. I love when FH make comments like that! I can't believe how fast time is flying! I remember booking my reception hall and thinking September was so far away, and now its here and almost over! Its crazy how time is flying!!!
