so here's the white dress i was thinking of for my shower...
(some of you may have seen it on the kayla gets a dress thread)... but i am considering it now for me...i was originally thinking it would be great as a reception dress...but then i realized i love the dress i have already and i want to wear it the whole night.
so.... what do you think?? is it too fancy or too anything else for a shower? would it be better for a rehearsal dinner? would it not work for either? do you like it? thank you!!

I LOVE this dress!!!! I would opt for shower or second dress at the wedding. Not the RD though.

I really like the dress its adorable and perfect for a shower, but I think it is too long on the model. If you get it (and I think you should!) you should take it up and have it hit 1-2 inches above your knee.

interesting...we'll see, because i'm 5'11 so things are usually short on me (although now that i think about it, models are around my height, so that was an awful point...) thanks

I am 5'0'' (on a tall day) - I can not purchase anything without thinking about how I will alter it to fit me! Can I borrow like an inch or two?

I love it!!!!!!!! It's a perfect bride's dress for other bridal events!
I re-wore my shower dress -- which was also a strapless white dress -- to our day-after brunch. That's the perfect dress to say 'LOOK AT ME I'M A NEWLYWED' at the airport, too, if you're going somewhere tropical for your HM!!!
