with the planning? Mine is into everything I saw him the other day online looking at wedding dress ...don't get me wrong I am so greatful he wants to be involved with the planning but everytime I'm on the computer he's over my shoulder and is asking 'What's that?' or 'what are you doing?'
Should I ask him to step back and ask for his help when I need it or just let him be?

LOL!!! Im sorry Im laughing... but normally they really dont want anything to do with it. FH loooooooooves that I get busy on the computer bc that means more time to play on his xbox lol He has been involved in every decision but I have been doing all the research. I love doing it though- I am really enjoying this

Mine has more say in it than i do! He is super involved.. but honestly, I love it. The only thing he didnt get a say in is my dress and he hates that he didnt get to choose!

But the funny thing about it is when we finally decided on a date he said ' JUST LET ME KNOW WHAT TIME AND WHERE HAVE FUN PLANNING' .. now I get a text every hour with something new he found or he likes

Re: So how involved is your FH...
My FH is very involved...and very not involved at the same time. He's actually pretty passive/agressive...it's enough to drive you up a wall! He's very frugal, like I am, so he wants to wait, negotiate, play games, get the price down, and have final say on all aspects financially, which I can't blame him for. But then when it's actually time to DO something, it's like pulling teeth
He's gotten a lot better though, but I'm not gonna lie, it took a few s-fit meltdown screaming crying fits.

Re: So how involved is your FH...
my FH doesn't really take initiative for the 'next step' (and doesn't have a clue what it should be anyway) but when I get the ball rolling he will give me his opinion. He's gone with me to all the appts, the only one he didn't give a crap for so far was the flowers, but I expected that lol.
I recently ordered some sample pocketfolds for invitations and he was very opinionated on them- he wants to spend $70 more to get slightly nicer metallic material ones that 'match our colors' better. I was like, Who are you ?? hahahha.
ETA: I need to give him credit. He designed and had printed at work cards to insert our std magnets in that also had some hotel info on them. He did a great job. I just wish it didn't take him, um- FOUR MONTHS OF ME BUGGING for him to do it!! lol

Mine is pretty involved. He loves coming to meet with the vendors and has opinions on everything wedding-related (except for flowers). The one thing he hates is making the phone calls, but once the appointments are made, he's right there with me.

Let him be. It's cute and sweet that he shows so much interest in it! A lot of girls would like FH to be a little more involved.
My FH is involved... but that's because I involve him... and he likes it.

he is moderately involved because we've talked about it so much before hand that we know exactly what we want.

If by 'involved' you mean 'stares at me blankly when I tell him about wedding plans, and almost drools with apathy', then yes, he is very involved.
I asked him to help me assemble some seals last night. This 'assistance' required him to take one piece of paper, put a glue sticker on it, and attach the other piece of paper to piece #1.
I was very proud. He did 100 in a row.
This morning I brought one of the seals in to work with me, so I can weigh the envelope.
The seal fell apart.
He forgot to take the backing of the glue sticker off.
I am very much looking forward to going home and reassembling 100 seals.
He will no longer be involved.

We are not up to the assembly stages yet, I'm doing my own centerpieces and he knows how I want it done but lets see if he can do it
