We have been together this time for about 4 years. Back in High school we were together for about 9 months. (then were apart for 2 years before getting back together.)

6yrs, it will be our 7yr aniversary the day of our wedding..
went to HS together, shared the 2 of the same friends, worked in the same dept store at same time and never met each other, i guess the time wasn't right.. then one night met with one of the mutual friends and have been together ever since... that mutual friend is going to marry us too, thought it would be nice since he's known us before we knew each other!!!

Come September, it will be 8 years!
We met while working at a Genovese. We lived about 5~10 minutes away from each other our whole lives and went to the same places, but didn't meet until then.

he was friends with my boss and I had a HUGE crush on him until he got snippy with me. he apologized afterwards and the rest is ancient history.....

It was two years in December. We've been living together for a bit over a year now. And we met through an online personal ad--yes, it does lead to marriage! I know a few people who have gotten married or are getting married to partners they met online through personal ads. The funny thing is that we've been sort of circling each other for a very long time--we used to go to the same clubs years and years ago and never met, we went to the same conventions and never met, and we even know some of the same people, but through different ways. It's not that strange that we clicked through the personals, since we have some of the same interests. Maybe we were destined to be together, it just took us a long time to get there!

March 19th will be 6 years!!!! We met at the movies while our dates were in the bathroom! We just struck up a conversation and became friends...then dumped our ex's...rather quickly!!

October makes 7 years.....we met at Dublin Pub, started talking and then figured out we worked for the same company! who knew it would take meeting at a bar to bring us together
