So I am going back...

back to WW today... I have NOT count my points nor been to meetings for 4weeks!!!!!!!!!!!
I feel bad.... and FAT....

I even lost my weight tracker... =-( Hope they give me a new one...

Crashing..... Don't worry about loosing your weight tracker. They are going to give you all new information and material. They changed the program as of Sunday.

The new points system isn't bad. All fruit and most veggies are free. They finally jumped on the carb bandwagon. You now count protein, fiber, fat and carbs when coming up with points. You get more points per week but a lot of the point values go up (high fiber isn't a saving grace anymore). Plus now you get 49 flex points to use whenever.

How much does WW cost? i am on jenny and it adds up quickly especially bc i still eat out. thinking WW might be more my style.

How much does WW cost? i am on jenny and it adds up quickly especially bc i still eat out. thinking WW might be more my style.

I'm not sure about the meetings but the on-line (and you can find a 25% coupon online) comes out to around $60 for 3 months. If you go to a meeting you can pick up the at home materials if you want for less than online but if you are an online member you can look up everything online. I found the online program to work best for me because I am constantly on the computer for work and I can track what I eat a lot easier and look things up quicker.
