...and I bought my wedding shoes before I bought the dres...But I didn't buy just one pair, I got three lol two dressy pairs to decide between and one comfy pair (same heel height as the dressy ones) to wear more towads the end of the night...Best part is I got them all on a CRAZY sale...I think I paid barely $60 for 3 pairs of shoes!!! (cant post pics...work wont let me so here are the links...)
Shawn likes pair #1 the most, i like both!!! lol cant make up my mind which one!!!
I dont see it as a bad thing of matching my dress to my shoes lol (If I am absolutely crazy, its ok you can let me know)

Re: So I did things kinda backwards...
Dont worry about the height thing...Shawn is maybe 1 1/2' taller than I am...When I wear heels I tower over him (When i have to wear heels, i wear a 4' like its my job...)
I told him we have to get him shoes with a lift in them for the wedding so I am not taller than he is in all of our pictures!!!

i mean try it and walk around your house for a while, around the ankle will prevent it from constantly falling but i found it to be too constricting and a little uncomfortable for me.... but maybe they will work for you! i think the #2 ones will be much more comfortable and worry-free, i would just walk around in both a see which ones are more comfortable, theyre both beautiful!

you either have to tie it real tight to the point where you will feel it tight around your ankle or if you dont then it will keep falling down. I have a few tie up shoes and they all do that. At the end of the night when i take them off you can see the marks on my ankles bc of how tight they were, thats why i dont wear them often either.

they are both nice, but one is hot! I'd go with one. I read an article that says if you switch to another paid of shoes it keeps your feet form hurting. so you could wear one for ceremony, one for cocktail, and the comfy shoes for reception... since you love them all!

I like two the best. I think the laceup detail will get lost under your dress (especially if you're changing into the third pair to dance!).
They are both super cute though!

I would love to wear #3 but I'm still not allowed to wear flip flops. UGH Besides, for a February wedding...maybe not a good idea. LOL

I would hang on to them both. I think it would depend on your dress whether or not #1 worked, no?
