My mom lied to me and told me that I had a Baby Shower to go to. So, I cancelled going with Jess to the Michael C. Fina event, and wake up Sunday ready to go to the Baby Shower.
Well, low and behold, I walk out of my house and two of my aunt's (my favorites b/c they're 'young and hip') are waiting outside in a Limo!
So, I'm like whoo hoo all crazy thinking I'm having my Bridal Shower (yes, I'm that delusional) or my early Bachelorette Party (again, delusional)...
But, they kidnapped me!!!!! I got into the limo, they blind-folded me, and for two hours in the car I just sat there while they were boozing it up - my mom, and her two sisters...that's just wrong!
Anyway, sorry to keep dragging on...they took me to AC (on a Sunday - W T F?) and we got a room at the Borgata (probably b/c it's cheaper - hehehe) and they gave me $1K to gamble with!!!!!! Told me this was my pre-Bachelorette Party with them and a preview to how women need to get away from their husbands and kids at least two times a year!
It was so great...of course I didn't gamble all that money, I put away $700 (for the wedding or a pair of shoes) and played with the $300.
So...Jess - I'm sorry for ditching you and quasi-lying to you....LOL.

That is great!!! I can't believe they gave you $1K to gamble!!! I would have saved some too but not sure if it would have been $700!!
Getting away, just the girls, is a must! All the women in FH's family do a shopping weekend in PA at the outlets twice a year...Leave the men & kids home! It is the best

I came back with all of the $300 plus $220 ($100 I won at a slot machine that I dropped 25 cents into) and the other $20 at the blackjack table....
I'm a good gambler....however, I'm highly addicted to the wheel of fortune slot machine...I normally HATE slots and avoid them, but I made friends with the WOF slot machine...we're buddies now.
