So I just broke out crying leaving a message for FH!

Cause I can't believe he's coming home!

We started dating our Junior year of HS. Then he decided to go to UPENN. I had a choice between staying in NY or going to MA. I decided to stay in NY($$$ and I didn't want to be 8 hours from him). So we've been apart for 4 years now. We see each other about every 3rd weekened and school breaks, but it's not the same. it's this rushed, let's make the most out of it thing. And what I really want is someone to do laundry with, you know?

So FINALLY he's graduating (I'm graduating in the fall, but I like at home anyway).. and he'll be home for good in less than 3 weeks. I can't believe it! I am SO excited. I'm scared too, what if we hate each other in large doses?

I'm just so excited and nervous and it just seems too good to be true! I can't believe it!

Maybe you ladies with FH/DH in the military can relate. I'm just so excited and emotional I had to get it out. THANKS!

awwww...I am so happy for you that you will finally have your fh home!!!! I am sure it will be wonderful! For 2 years while my FH and I were dating he lived in Hoboken NJ so he could be closer to his Manhattan job...and i hated it! We never saw each other during the week...i missed the little things, like having him come over to watch Friends or something. It was horrible...we didnt' even see each other every weekend for a while. I was so happy when he moved back to LI..so I can kind of relate to what you are feeling, although 4 years is a long time!!! You are going to love having him home I am sure!! Don't worry about having him in 'large doses'...it will be great!

And we don't have to try to cram all of these errands we have to do into one weekend. Sometimes he cna just come over, like you said and watch TV! YAY!

I'm so happy for you! I know FI and I have spent a lot of time apart in the 7 years we've been together. I'm sure you'll be ok in big doses - it will almost be like the honeymoon phase all over again because it's new and exciting to you to be together. Enjoy!

awww that's awesome!! i can totally relate. we had it even worse. our relationship started out long distance and stayed that way until the day of the wedding. we saw each other for a few days every couple months for a few years. neways, it's so amazing being together every day. you really will appreciate things most other people take for granted. it's such an amazing feeling!!! yay im excited for you!
