So I just took our cake out of the freezer...

For tomorrow!
So far it looks pretty freezer-burned..we will see.

Cannot believe that we've been married for a year already..the time has really flown.

BTW, my in-laws are going to a wedding at the WM tomorrow....iIn the Manor Room

Enjoy the cake!!!! We only made in 1 month and it wasn't the same. But on our anniversary we lit our unity candle.

It's funny, I mentioned to DH last night that I took the cake out. Now I am very funny about food safety. He was like, I cannot believe you are ok with eating a cake that's a year old! LOL He's all worried about it. I told him it's not like it's been sitting out on the counter or anything And we can try it and if it's not good we don't HAVE to eat the entire thing.
