so, I 'lost' my cell phone Friday night

'lost' is this way since I am not sure if it fell out of my jacket pocket, or someone lifted it.

I don't have anyone's phone number

my pics and music is gone.

and I had to rebuy my phone..b/c I didn't get insurance. (I did now)

I actually spoke to the thieving bastid. I called my phone today and the moron picked up (I had been monitoring the usage online without canceling in the hope the club where I lost it would 'find' it) and started speaking in spanish after I said he had my phone.

It was funny...at first I used my 'sexy' voice to lull him, then I was like 'you have my phone' IMMEDIATELY home boy starts speaking Spanish...so I came right back at him. he hung up on me after I named the club where he ended up with my phone. dousche.

I bet you he won't erase my pics either. pig. there was some 'nice' pics of me that I forgot to delete...oh well. maybe that's why he kept it!

Too bad you didn't have insurance, I actually don't have insurance either. I should do that. I really just need a new phone.

Insurance is a waste- you need to send a police report in order to cash it in, and NO COP will write a police report for a lost phoone. Well... maybe for you they wood.
