so i'm on my way to the gtg........

fi and i were supposed to attend the gtg yesturday. on sat evening he calls and says he isn't feeling well and if he is no better he won't be going. i said 'ok i'll ask my moh.' he says 'how are you going to go and i am sick?' i'm like 'ur not dying' he says 'i have sharp pains shooting down my arm' i say 'you'll be fine' moh had something to do and was unable to come with me. sun comes and he still isn't feeling well. i'm like #amn i really want to go but not by myself. after some encouragement from the liw ladies i decided to venture on my own. i get dressed and begin on my way. i'm out for 15min and my cell rings it's fi. 'i'm having severe chest pains, i can hardly breathe, i think it's a heart attack, i just called 911, meet me at the hospitial.' i'm like 'OMG, ok' i meet him at the emergency room yadda, yadda, yadda 1 hr later the doctor says it's GAS! my fi is such a hypocondriac(sp). i missed you ladies!!!!

That is one of the funniest things ive ever heard. Men are so funny. If it makes you feel better, my fiance is MR. Hard worker, hes the head foremen for a demolition company.. never calls out sick, but if that guy gets to the point where he DOES stay home..youd swear he is on his death bed..hes like a big BABY..its rediculous..well..I hope yoru Fiance GAS is better..THANKGOD it wasnt a heart attack!!!

TRUST ME LADIES, THIS IS NOT FUNNY!!!!!!! Even though I know it sounds it!

My HM got cut short for the exact reasons her FH said.

I had pain shooting down my arm & chest pains so bad I thought I was having a heart attack.

I have acid reflux or gas problems (waiting for prevacid to work to see which it is)

Awwww I feel fo rhim that is soooo scary!!!!!

And never take for granted pain like that, thats how my dad was and he DID have a heart attack

JennBaby, I had the same thing. I would wake up in the middle of the night thining I was having a heart attack. Being 24, that scared the hell out of me. I went to the dr and it showed up that I do in fact have acid reflux, but I also had gallstones, which can cause the same symptoms. I ended up having to have my gallbladder removed, that was about a year ago. I feel like a new person since then. If the prevacid doesn't work, ask for a sonogram for them to check your gallbladder.

They checked my heart, EKG & cardiogram, chest Xray and even a stress test JUST to be sure!

I had my gaulblasdder removed a few yrs ago!

And I eat healthy so I don't get it

Thats crazy- but Im a nurse and thats happens ALL the time I didnt get to go either I hope there is another one soon I hope your FH is feeling better

I agree with jennbaby - its funny but not at the same time. Although men are big babies when they are sick.
MY FH had chest pains and the dr. ran all kinds of stomach, acid reflux tests, etc. Nothing came up.
Then, he non chalanty sent him for stress test saying if you want to do it, it shouldn't show anything b/c your so young. P.S. - it turns out his lower left part of his heart was not geting any blood, the artery was clogged 97%!!!!!
That was a year ago. Now he is healthy and lost 30 pounds and cant stop loosing. I thought the bride was suppose to lose the weight.

jennbaby, you have got me feeling so bad. you are right. i hope it is not acid reflux. fi has sleep apnea. it is a condition where an abstruction causes you to stop breathing while sleeping (only for a short period, usually caused by the tonsles(sp)). the apnea makes him snore soooooooooo loudly. i can't take another condition. lol

Any person of any age can have heart attack.

I hope hes BETTER
