So y'all are telling me it should be more like this:
Beautiful!! Love the colors, too.
Windy, how did you post the picture that size? Every time I try posting my monogram, it takes up the entire page. Any tips?
Thanks!
I downloaded a program called SnagIt which allowed me to crop just the piece I needed and convert it to a jpeg. It's free for 30 days.... so I used that.. it was a suggestion from the BHB board and I just googled 'SnagIt'.
Thanks!!

i'm gonna be the poopy head only because everyone tells me i'm a perfectionist *sigh*.
if you could put the 'W' behind your names and move the date down a little more so it's not overlapping, you'll have it 100% and I will NOT bother you anymore lol
i really do like it Joanne :D
It's no bother... but HOW do I get it behind in word, would I use a Watermark? I can try that... look for it tomorrow, I'm exhausted.
You're the best! I WANT it to be perfect. :)
not sure what program your using but if you selected the 'W' look and see if there's an option to 'send to back' or 'send behind' (maybe under the edit drop down list up top.

Word is not fancy-schmancy like that, liittle miss Graphic Artist!
But I'll see if there's a way to do it, I may have just missed it. :)

Re: So I made a monogram
I googled 'free fonts' and picked the pretty wedding-ish ones. Then I opened word 2003. Put each image in it's own text box. I formatted each text box for 'no line' and 'no fill'. (so that I could overlap them) and then used a program called SnagIt to convert to jpeg.
There are DIY monogram instructions in more detail if you search monograms here... that's where I got my start from.
