but I think FH and I definitely decided to change the date, maybe even push it back a year. I start teaching in September and I am sooooooooooooooo excited that I really just want to only deal with that and getting my Masters. I don't think I can handle a wedding too. So we're thinking maybe summertime 09 or early 2010. We're definitely staying with WM, our other vendors are being very flexible, so nothing else has changed!
I am soooo not bummed about this, in fact, I'm happy! I just want to concentrate on finally starting my career!

We ended up pushing ours back too..we didn't want to go into debt because of the wedding and unfortunately, we were already in some credit card debt..so we took a year to get paid up and it was well worth it...now every penny goes to the wedding but after the wedding we'll start with a clean slate and it'll all be worth it! Time really does fly, so don't worry about it..its more time to have fun planning!!!!!!

First congrats on the job. Second I think you made a good call. First year teaching can take over your life. And its good that you see this as a positive move.

Congrats on getting a teaching job!!!
We were actually first getting married in 08 (this month actually) but then when we really looked at it we decided to wait until 2009. I'm glad I did because I went back to grad school and had more time to save so I could have the wedding I really want to have.
