Is it really more common to have a full mass vs. just the ceremony? I don't remember what any of the ones I were at had. Then again I haven't been to many.

a full mass includes communion. which adds about 15 minutes, depending on how many people come to the church and receive it.

I've never been to a wedding with a mass actually.

I only remember being to one wedding without the communion. It was a nice surprise bc I thought it was just standard and there were no options. I think it's more common for teh full mass, though!!

I've been to more weddings with a mass than without, but I've been to both. We are having just the ceremony, not the full mass.

Me neither, it's usually just the ceremony. Actually most of the weddings I have attended have been outside of a church. Either way, we're not having the full mass.
If it's a ceremony only there's still readings and everything, just no communion.
