going for my first dress shopping appointement tomorrow at the Wedding Salon of Manhasset. Is there anything I should do to prepare? I already know that I should not wear a thong and I should wear a strapless bra. Is there anything else?

Try on lots of different kinds of dresses--even the ones you don't think will look good. I thought I wanted this strapless tight kind of dress that looked TERRIBLE on me. My bridal attendant at RK Bridal brought in my dress and it was perfect, but nothing like I thought I wanted! Make sure you're willing to explore lots of options!

Actually - you don't need to bring a bra. They give you one of those great corsetty ones.
