ok so now im trying to think of a theme or color scheme for my wedding at the riviera. we were thinking maybe chocolate brown with ivory and sage green.. chocolate brown with pink, chocolate brown with turquoise. im trying to also think of what we can do for favors and i know its super popular right now but i love the idea of a candy buffet and the favors would be bags of candy. if i were to do that, do you need the candy to match your colors or?? or if you can think of a different type of favor. please help

If I went with a candy buffet, I think I'd make the bags that they'd place the candy in match the decor but not the candy itself.

I agree! It would be really hard (and expensive) to match the candy.

I wouldnt try to make the candy match...too much stress and $$$ on that one.

here's the deal with a candy buffet-colors-and YOUR colors.....

if you go with chocolate brown and 'anything'... it's easy to match... you get chocolate

i did a candy buffet... i did match my colors to an extent. i bought things like regular m&ms and then i sat there and took out all colors that didn't match

In terms of colors, I am biased - Tuquoise & brown are my favorites.

I like the chocolate and pink or the chocolate and turquoise. I am doing a candy buffet also and I plan on having the candy match my colors of bubble gum pink, raspberry pink and black. I think with your color scheme ideas it would be easy to match the candy i.e. chocolate, pink etc.

I was at a wedding a few weeks back and the color scheme was beautiful, orange and pink, it had an autumn feel to it, but still very bright and beautiful. HTH
