Yes, 2 of my mom's cousins said no and I couldn't be happier because I hate them and they are mean to my mom (we invited them for my grandma)

FH is inviting a lot of family friends I've never even met (and he hasn't seen since he was a baby). We hope they 'regretfully decline'. Although, i wouldn't object if they wanted to send a gift

I didn't speak to him at all at the wedding. He didn't even come up to me or DH to say congratulations. I completely forgot to ask my mom why he was here if he never responded. And to top it off, he didn't even give his own card, his sister added him onto her card. So he didn't really give a wedding gift either.
