LOL girl you sound exactly like me! I orig when to school to become a teacher but dropped out because i wasn't passionate about teaching anymore. Mind you i graduated high school in 2001. I finally quit my old job and recently got a new job at good sam. I have been trying to get in there for years! So i finally got in and they pay for your schooling as long as it is in the medical field. So i am going back to school to become a RN. Even though i will be going back after the wedding i am still going to accomplish becoming a nurse. I know how you feel when others your age have already started their career and you haven't. But everyone is different and it takes time to figure out what is best for you in life. I wouldn't pay tons of money to go to school and then not like my job. I would be kicking myself in the butt. No offense to anyone that did graduate you have more then i do lol. That is why it took me so long to go back because i didn't know what i wanted to do for the rest of my life. Do not be discouraged you need to go at the pace that is right for you!
aww I know exactly how you feel! In fact, at the end of last year I made the decision to switch career directions (I'm in Finance) and pursue an education in Nursing. I'm currently working on the pre-reqs for an accelerated BSN and will graduate nursing school in 2010. Best of luck with whatever you choose! Life is short, but I truly think you should spend your time doing something you're passionate about!
