Ever since I joined LIW...I wanted to do this and have the colored crinoline underneath but I know my mom would give me a hard time and to not hear her say anything is worth giving it up. She also doesn't like sandels. I remember seeing someone on here having leopard shoes and it looked so cool.

i'm going to have mine the same blue as the bm dresses and shoes. (so that it can be my something blue too) for the ceremony. and then during the reception i plan on changing into converse sneakers. not sure if i will do them in white or blue yet.

i'm a big klutz and i cannot walk in heels. i do have a really nice pair of navy blue sandals that hopefully will match the bridesmaids dresses, so i might wear that. i would wear sneakers if i could get away with it.

I did blue shoes, and actually like how colored shoes look better, i dont know why but personally wasnt crazy about all white, wanted some pop of color, but all depends on your taste.
Here are pics of my shoes on wedding day and LOTS of other brides who have done this in numerous colors
