My best friend who lives in Ohio....just called to tell me they bought a house. They got this 3000 sq. ft. house for @250K.
I told her if DH and I could find jobs there, we will come be her neighbors

The diff. in prices compared to N.Y. are ridiculous. That is a beautiful house. Over a million around here in Queens. Congrats to her.
