The Margaritaville in Vegas is a lot of fun. Make sure you end up the 2nd floor where it overlooks the strip.

We're back to the Patchogue VFW for the NY reception. Beauty of having an in....our reception can go on as long as we like. After the DJ leaves we'll just hook up the ipod and keep the party going. In Vegas we're having our reception at the Margaritaville....love it! FH is a Jimmy Buffet fan and I love tropical drinks and of course continues our cheesy Vegas wedding lol

We're still getting married 5/15/10. Love that date and can't imagine not having it.

my friend got married at VFW, food was awesome that they had and the party is great. When are you planning to do the NY reception

Knights of Columbus is great too. My friend had her engagement party at the one in oceanside.

That's what we did...then work started talking layoffs and reduction of hours and we thought why chance it. We're not big wedding people anyway. Started to get freaked out and stressed by it all. Feel a lot more comfortable with this decision.

Are you getting your deposits back? I made sure to ask about that at my place...

i am so incredibly happy for you. i'm glad that you came to a decision that you and Matt are comfortable with. i'm even more happy that you're still keeping your date and sticking with us. You know, our names are etched on a tree on the LIE somewhere!

that's wonderful Amanda best of luck to you!! please don't forget to put pictures and stuff about your venue ....a vegas wedding AWESOME!

no problem. i believe they also have an outside area too. i was there for new years last year and they had a part of the restaurant closed, but you might want to ask about it.
