So I called and canceled our wedding at the Riverview today. Thought I would be sad but I really wasn't. Really digging this Vegas wedding plan. Think it's more us. We'll be booking the I Dream Flamingos package at the Flamingo. Just cheesy enough to make it fun and dorky like us. Hoping to book their outdoor gazebo chapel which is gorgeous. Thanks everyone for their input. Really appreciated it. Feel so much less stress it's not even funny. Now all I have to do is worry about the NY reception which is going to be low key and casual. Can't wait!

I think you might get the award for most RH. I remember when you were first on the site it was Patchogue VFW, then Riverview, now vegas, and your ny reception.

We're back to the Patchogue VFW for the NY reception. Beauty of having an in....our reception can go on as long as we like. After the DJ leaves we'll just hook up the ipod and keep the party going. In Vegas we're having our reception at the Margaritaville....love it! FH is a Jimmy Buffet fan and I love tropical drinks and of course continues our cheesy Vegas wedding lol
We're still getting married 5/15/10. Love that date and can't imagine not having it.

The Margaritaville in Vegas is a lot of fun. Make sure you end up the 2nd floor where it overlooks the strip.
