SO MAD!(VENT) **UDATE**

I am so pissed off. About three months ago I ordered (on ebay) an engraved server set. Well I got it in the mail about 2 weeks later and my name was mispelled (let left the 'l' out of Mildred)..In any case I sent an email and the seller said to keep the server and he would send out a replacement right away. Well to this day (3mths later!) no server...I continued to send emails and all he keeps saying is 'Your server has been shipped' Dammit its been shipped for 2 mths already...I filed a dispute through ebay, but I dont think anything is going to happen. I may just have to settle with my mispelled server

ETA: So I left him neg. feedback and the jerk has the nerve to leave me negative feedback in return and he writes, 'Buyer confirms that the item was received' what a load of S hit....WHY WOULD I LEAVE NEG. FEEDBACK IF I RECEIVED MY ITEM. I am fuming!!

Sorry to hear that. I order from ebay a lot, just leave bad feedback for the seller and maybe they will expedite the process of getting you a new server.

Oh, I def. plan to. Im giving him about another week or so, since ebay only gives 90dys to leave feedback, I want to make sure I do it before time is up.

I am going through the same thing with an ebay seller regarding my garter, which I obviously don't need until Sep '07 but when she asked when I need it I said 'now, because um, I paid for it a month ago.'

I'll be mad with you because I have no advice for you and never dealt with ebay, so here's how mad I am!!

Already tried that. All he keeps saying is, 'your item was shipped' I get the same exact email everytime I write to him (which has been over 10 times!)

I agree. My FH is an avid ebayer and if you leave negative feedback, they are quicker to respond. Good luck!

Did you pay through Paypal? FIle a complaint through them, you will DEF get your $$ back!

You should ask him for a tracking # of proof of shipment. Paypal will ask for it!
