I am so pissed off. About three months ago I ordered (on ebay) an engraved server set. Well I got it in the mail about 2 weeks later and my name was mispelled (let left the 'l' out of Mildred)..In any case I sent an email and the seller said to keep the server and he would send out a replacement right away. Well to this day (3mths later!) no server...I continued to send emails and all he keeps saying is 'Your server has been shipped' Dammit its been shipped for 2 mths already...I filed a dispute through ebay, but I dont think anything is going to happen. I may just have to settle with my mispelled server
ETA: So I left him neg. feedback and the jerk has the nerve to leave me negative feedback in return and he writes, 'Buyer confirms that the item was received' what a load of S hit....WHY WOULD I LEAVE NEG. FEEDBACK IF I RECEIVED MY ITEM. I am fuming!!

Yea, I sent him one more email today saying that I give him till Sat..and letting him know I placed a complaint through ebay and that I will be leaving neg. feedback on sat. His reply, 'My engraver said the item shipped, let me have the address so I can double check' AH, what a bunch of crock. I will def. be posting neg. feedback soon. Thanks girls for all ur help!
No way jose! File a dispute with pay pal. You will have 30 days. I did that with someone and got my money back in 4 days. Try it. If not then leave him negative feedback. That's the only thing I dislike about eBay. You can't go there and complain in person. But you know, it only happenes once in a while you get a jerkface like that.

Well unforunately ebay only gives you between 10-60dys after the auction ends to file a complaint..my time has passed....and I am mad at myself because if I would have known this early I would of done it lon gtime ago..but the jerk kept emailing me telling me it shipped, so I just keep letting time pass, and now its too late..I had to file a complaint through square trade..but theres no guartee there
