so many dresses !

hi all!

so i went to look at wedding gowns and they are all so pretty!!!

i cant decide if i should do a gown type bottom or soemthing more form fitting.

where they are both different and pretty in their own ways -

I am 5'2 125 lbs so Im not sure if the 'gown' will be too big for me,

both looked really nice tho... but any suggestions on how a poofy skirt looks on petite girls after the alterations would be great

( i wanted to take pics but they wouldnt let me! :( )

I think it really depends on what you feel prettiest and most comfortable in. I am just about the same size as you and I went with an A line. There are pics in my album, but I plan on puffing it out just a bit more with some crinoline. I wouldnt go with a huge ballroom skirt being your/our height, but I think you can get away with some fullness without it looking like the dress is eating you. If you go somewhere where they let you take pics that might help too. Good luck!!!

I have the same problem - i'm 5'0 and am just really tiny everywhere. It's so hard for me to find clothes that fit!!! I have to alter everything!

I went in kind of knowing that I wanted something more form fitting, but I did try on a few ball gown type dresses (they were really a-line, but looked ball gown on me). I think it depends on what look you're trying to go for... The form fitting dresses are a bit more sexy, so if you're into that then I say go for it!!! Ball gowns are always classic though - so if you're into a more princess-y look, go with that!!
