So many July brides...

are finding new homes with their future-DH! I've seen so many posts about July brides finding apartments - it is getting so real ladies! Congrats to you all

How long did it take you to find an apartment/co-op/place to live? We haven't started looking yet

we haven't started looking either. The thought is making me nervous to haev to do something else!!!!

We are relocating to NC...so we went down one weekend in Nov looked at a ton of new houses...found one which we loved...made a bid and got it! We closed in Dec...now i have a beautiful house 8 hours away, which FI is moving into in April then i will follow after the wedding.
I'm excited...and broke!

Well we started looking in Nov, but with no intension of buying anything until this April or so. We just so happened to come across something we liked and it was a good deal compared to everything else out there in our price range. So we jumped on it and closed on Dec 23rd.

It has def added way more stress on top of our already stressful lives right now, but it all worth it. It's better then trying to find somewhere to live right before or right after the wedding.

we started looking about 4 months before we bought. We moved in on August 1, 2005

we are relocating to NC too! i start my grad program in school counseling there in aug---right after the wedding. we are going to rent for a while before we buy (gotta see what school district i get into first). i am waiting to here from uncc and uncg, but i was already accepted to app state. i loooooooooove NC. i've been to charlotte twice in the past month (had to go for school interviews) and its gorgeous! congrats on the new home-i am sure its a beauty---where are you moving to exactly? ~lacey
