So my car was keyed today

I was leaving camp today and noticed the whole ENIRE SIDE OF MY PASSENGER SIDE WAS KEYED!!! Defintely deliberate

Call your local police pricent and report it - and you can also claim it through your insurance policy.

Technically that is considered vandalism and if you have comprehensive on your auto ins, it can get covered and fixed.
Just an option, I know it cant make u feel better.

Is your car leased, or do you own it? If your car is leased, you def. want to get it fixed!!

That is horrible. Reminds me of the movie Pulp Fiction when John Travolta said someone keyed his car...He said no trial, no jury, just shot and hung.

I could never understand the satisfaction a person gets from doing that. I am so sorry that happened to you.

I am so sorry!!!! I don't understand why people find pleasure in destroying things that people work hard to obtain! I got my car keyed last year...the car was only a few months old (I bought it brand new) and I had worked for 6 years to try to get my credit up and save enough so I can finally get a new car (my first new car), and someone who shall remain nameless decided that it would be a great way to hurt me. I tried going through my insurance, but to be honest it wasn't worth it because the deductable was $500 and I would have to pay the whole thing out of pocket. Before you report it to insurance, get an estimate and find out what your deductable is, because it may not be worth having a claim on your record. Do you have any idea who did it or do you think it was random?
