Seems like some ex's always try to get back in touch.. So annoying! But texting you Happy Anniversary it would have been 15 years is sooo innapropriate! WTH is wrong with people? LoL! Anyway, I think he is just trying to see if he can get any response from you...I would have to say that ignoring him would be best
