So, my mom ran into my ex today...............

my ex-fiance, to be exact. I have not seen him since his mother's funeral about 6 months before I met JT. He's a bit on the nuts side and well, this is how the conversation went..........
EX: I heard Rachel is engaged.
MOM: Yes, she is getting married.
EX: WHAT?! She's getting married? I thought she was just engaged!
MOM: Oh, yes! They have a date and everything!
EX: So, wait, she's getting MARRIED?
MOM: Yes, Patrick, she's getting married.
EX: (As tears begin to well up in the eyes...) I didn't realize she was ACTUALLY getting married. Tell her I miss her....
MOM: Ok, will do, have a great day! (exit Mom, stage left.....)
Can we say DUMBASS? What a god dammed DUMBASS! What was I thinking??????? Oh, that's right, I was thinking, You're psycho, get out of my life

i recently found some old emails and letters, cards etc from my ex when i was cleaning out my closet. i had to stop and read em for a minute and i laughed my arse off! i too thought, 'Self, what on earth were you thinking?' isn't that a great epiphany?!! hahaha
