SO OVER IT- LONG VENT
I just typed this whole thing and accidentally hit a link on the side and now I have to vent all over!!!!!!
Thank goodness there's only about a month left- a month in which I have sooo much to do I don't even know where to start.
-We finally chose a limo company, we are dropping off the check tomorrow and going to find FH a wedding band and buy GM gifts...at least there's 3 things to check off
-Made an appointment on Monday to meet with the bakery today, they just called to cancel, the excuse being 'something came up and he won't be able to meet with you' So I rescheduled that for Friday since...
-FSIL and FBIL (FH's brother and his fiancee) have changed the plans for their b-parties, shich were supposed to be Friday night. Now they are going to be on the 10th, which sux because a few of my girls were starting to plan my bparty for the 11th, now at least 4 of the girls will be too tired/broke from the night before, and that leaves only the weekend before the wedding for MY b-party, and I already know 2 of my BMs can't make it that weekend. I'm really starting to feel P*SSED that his brother planned the wedding 2 weeks before ours...as if we don't have enough expenses and things to get done this month. FBILs having his b-party at Mohegan Sun---which isn't exactly cheap.
- I requested a specific Priest to marry us, and he has since left the Parish, but assured me that he would come back to marry us. I got a letter in the mail last week saying that from this point forward, a different priest is taking over all of the weddings that Fr. A has aggreed to do.![]()
They are sooo lucky I haven't printed up my programs yet.
-I keep getting calls and emails from random vendors (none that I've booked- just still trying to sell me their business), once it was my mistake for emailing a limo vendor from work and forgetting to remove my work number from the bottom. I CLEARLY stated that I would like an EMAIL back, but I still received a phone call at my office an hour later. This same vendor also made comments about how sometimes the best price means lower quality and that it would be a shame if they didn't show up or showed up with the wrong car or something on our wedding day. I took this as an insult to my intelligence...do these people think I would just hire any joe schmoe off the street...??!?!??!
