So exciting!! This was the worst for me but such a relief when it was done! You have plenty of time so you can take it nice and slow!

You definitely have time but I suggest starting it as early as you can. I had to do ALL of the cards last night because our final meeting is tonight and I was up until almost 3 in the morning! Needless to say, I'm a zombie at work today and that totally could have been avoided.

Yeah definitely start thinking about it now.. my mom and I went through our entire list and kinda did like a mock draw up of who we sit everyone with (figuring they all come)... there were a bunch we left out because we aren't sure if they will come, but like friends, cousins, aunts/uncles that you know will be there can start to be placed at tables so that you have less to do right before the wedding!

My FI actually took on the job of doing the seating chart. He has it down to a science. I don't think (I'm hoping) that there will be any complaints from our guests. :)

Thankfully we are only working on our menu this week, but we have a seating chart mock up from something I saw on pintrest.

You use mini post-it notes with your guest names on them and stick them around the tables you plan on having them seated.

They are easy to move around or remove entirely as needed or as some decline, but you can get a rough idea now of how you want to work it without constantly erasing things, or if on the computer, forgetting to save changes.

Good luck, and don't forget to breathe.

My FH and I have a spreadsheet on the seating chart for our guests. We finally came to an agreement with our guest list so to iron out any more creases that may still resignate from that topic, I am passing the buck to the FMIL to do the seating chart in regards to family. I love my FMIL to pieces but she can be a little controlling and I think may still be some what sore about the guest list, so my FH and I are giving her full reign with that. It's how do you say her project = ) and my FH and I will be in charge of the rest of the list.
