So sad about how this morning went, but at least I love my pics... (Added link to pics)

I am still so upset about what happened this morning!!! I was so excited to go for my B-pics with Jen. I had a 9:30 appointment. NO IDEA why I would have accepted this time! I mean, I really needed the pics soon, and that was all she had... I live about 40 min away on a good day. Needless to say I left much earlier than I thought I'd have to. However, an accident must have occurred literally about 20 cars ahead of me, they abruptly SHUT DOWN the LIE. I had to illegally backup to an exit and find a new route to get there (after sitting dead stop for like 20 mins). Not to mention I started crying and almost messed up my makeup. Thank God that there wasn't any traffic once I found my way back to the Northern. I paid for 3 scenes and outfits, but had to settle on just two b/c I was almost 30 mins late. I spent so much time the night before planning everything out. I am so glad that Jen really is as amazing as everyone says. She worked with the time we had and although I only had 2 scenes, they came out great! I'm still so disappointed that it didn't go as planned though.
I just hope FH loves them!!

Sorry that happened. Sometimes when we arrange our schedule for something crap just happens to mess it up anyways. Forgot to add your teasers are gorgeous!

YIKES!!!! I have an 8am appt with her & I am over an hr away! I am worried this might happen to me!

traffic really, really sucks! big time! but the good thing about it is that u got to take ur pics and knowing Jenn I'm sure u'll have lots to choose from, the teasers came out HOT!

I'm sorry that you went through this & I think it's terrible the photographer wasn't still able to accommodate what you already paid for. Did she at least have the decentcy to reimburse you for the work SHE DIDN'T DO. You should not pay for the 3rd scence if she didn't shoot it!! In your price you paid for the shoot, edits, & prints right?
