how long after your rsvp date did you have a final number?

i was missing about 15 RSVPs and after calling / texting everyone, i had all but one about a week after the due date.

The last one was a PITA and didn't RSVP officially until 10 days before the wedding (AND she was a no-gifter even though DH and I gave her $250 at her wedding last year!!!)

ugh. FMIL called us today and said that one of FH's cousins might be coming (she already rsvp'd no). So over the rsvps

2-3 weeks after the rsvp date and even then it wasn't certain. People are such jerks sometimes.

We were missing about 15 cards on the date, a few more trickled in the week after, but we ended up having to text or call the rest of the people

like a week before the wedding..no joke lol people couldn't make up their minds apparently. the last one was my friend who had rsvp'd yes, then said he couldn't come, and then i think it had to be like the monday or tuesday before my wedding on saturday, he said yes. i was like 'i'm gonna kill you' lol

I don't this I ever got a final number... I just gave the RH 5 people less than my total on the day of my final appt.

I was soooooooo very lucky- I had all my responses by my due date so I had my final numbers right away. I did get a few last min cancellations but they couldnt be helped.
