anyone know anything good to take??

my throat is KILLING me....ive been drinking tea nonstop.....dayquil doesn't help....

is it too late for airborne?

i heard airborn had a big lawsuit bc it was just like high amounts of vitamins or something-

tylenol cold and flu usually helps me

When I have a sore throat, I try to get the cold medicine with the honey in it (tylenol makes one and so does robitussin). It could be all in my head, but it totally makes me feel better!

i love zicam nose swabs. i think they work miracles. however, i recently heard that they where recalled by the FDA. my 2nd choice would be tylenol cold & flu multi-symptom. they have a day & night formula. it works well in my opinion

Yes, I agree, honey and lemon in the tea. Robitussin makes 'Honey drop' cough drops, those are fantastic for the throat. Drink LOTS of tea (and stick to decaf if you do, so you don't dehydrate yourself)

Take Advil and Sudafed (Advil Cold and Sinus is Advil and Sudafed in one tablet, if you prefer that)

chicken noodle soup and green tea with honey always works for me.

try and get some r&r. lots of sleep does the body good

Go out and get Cold Eeeze NOW!!!!!!! This stuff is the best. I take it as soon as I feel something coming on and usually it just goes away! They taste gross but they really do work. Airborn is crap!

I'm sorry

When my throat hurts, I eat spicey foods-- like really hot wings, it knocks the 'hurt' away for good temporarily.

Tylenol Cold & Flu does work pretty well though.

I'm coming down with something too. Drinks lots of orange juice and thera-flu which seems to be helping me so far. Also try tylenol cold and flu tablets. hope you feel better
