He's a friend of FH's family, does a lot of their events and such. Young guy, would have been great at mixing up the stuff FH and I want played, along with typical Bengali music.
This stuff only happens to me. It's one thing if someone leaves a company...it's another when their @ss is DEPORTED back to the motherland.
Yep.

We didn't sign a contract or put down any money...it's really just a hiccup in the grand scheme of things. We've just been to a bunch of events he DJ'd and knew exactly how he worked, so we never really started a DJ search.
I'm just really glad we didn't put down any $$$!

Oooh thank you!!! This is awesome!!! I've spoken to a bunch of typical American DJs who have all assured me that they can cater to our needs, but I think FH and I will feel more comfortable with a DJ who has done this multiple times. We're also going to look into Bollywood DJs. We got their packet at the Hilton expo a couple of weeks ago. FH didn't want to pick it up - he was like 'well we have our DJ' but something in my gut said to just take their info.
I'm already laughing about this, ladies...thanks for the support!
