At Lestans in Brooklyn. Although I have heard the horror stories about this place, my experience there has actually been pretty good, I have been working with Terri. I'm so excited, I can't wait!!!

Yes just stay on top of them. While I realize they probably didn't botch my dress, the designer most likely did, I still had a lot of rude customer service there. I'm glad you're having a better experience than I did!! Probably because you're dealing with Terri!! (I dealt with a few different people)
