It's one thing to 'know' it, another thing to see it. Has anyone yet posted a list of 'cruelty free' companies on this site?

There's a reason I don't eat meat and I would never wear fur. I don't always shop cruelty-free though. I used to, and I really should start again. It just seems like EVERYTHING is made by P&G

I know how you feel, that is why I cant watch Animal Cops on Animal Planet, I just want to punch my fist through the tv at these owners

I feel the same way. I know it goes on but when I see it ...it drives me insane!! These people should have the same sort of torture inflicted on them! I keep saying to myself 'How could someone do that?' It's disgusting!

Buy cruelty free! It's not that hard and you'll feel better about it (and the products are usually higher quality anyway). And, go veg. It's not that hard.

Aveda, Kiss my Face, Alba Botanica, Seventh Generation, Burt's Bees, Avon, Road's End Organics, Citrishine, Mary Kay, Tom's of Maine, Yves Rocher, Earth Friendly Products, Reviva, Philosophy, Dr. Bronners soaps, EO, Avalon Organics, Gillette (moratorium, no full commitment to permanently end testing), MAC, most European cosmetics companies (it's illegal in Europe to test on animals for any purpose cosmetic), Cetaphil, ZuZu cosmetics, Beauty without Cruelty, BODY SHOP, Bath and Body Works

I don't know if it is true any anymore- but Body Shop basically didn't test on animals but hired suppliers that DID.. so really it was BS
