Crap! Did you ever go up there in person to demand to speak to the BM face to face? This really sucks. You and your FH don't need this type of foolishness when you're busy dealing with your health! Could that be a complaint for the Better Business Bureau as well?

I was thinking the same thing. Maybe if you go up there and person and quote the law to them they will see you mean business and give you your money back. Its a shame you have to go to court and waste your time and court fees ( no matter how minimal).
