So upset! (sorry really long)

Due to a really STUPID error on my part, we ended up having to re-order our invitations. The place gave us a great price on the re-order, so that was good. We were supposed to have them in on Monday or Tuesday, and when we called on Tuesday they said that they had to send them back to the printer because they weren't glued (which was something that we paid extra to have the printer do, but we could've done ourselves). We were rather upset. They shouldn't have taken it upon themselves to make that decision...I feel they should have asked us before doing that. When we called the owner of the shop, she said that there was also a problem in the way the top piece was cut, and that it was set up to open like a book does, and not top folded like it is supposed to do. She said that these had to be re-cut because they didn't fit right. The were one-daying the invites to the printer, and there would be a one day turnaround from there, and they would be one-dayed back. They sent them out early on Tuesday, and that they might have gotten to the printer Tuesday evening. We were supposed to have them today at the latest. The owner promised to keep us up to date on all new developments (I posted about all of this on Tuesday)

CUT TO TODAY: We find out that the invitation place is closed on Fridays, so FH calls the owner (she gave him her cell # on Tuesday). She said that she didn't receive the shipment yet and that she will have it on Monday....hi where was our phone call on this!!! At this point I'm really upset and crying. More pi$$ed at myself for the original mistake in the first place, but also upset that I was supposed to have the invitations already! Everything is waiting on them. The envelopes are printed and stamped. Everything is set that I just need the invitations! Then FH and I tried calling the printer. They wouldn't give me any information, but FH was able to get it. The printer, according to their computer received the invitations late last night or early this morning!! They are set to go out on Monday!!!! They have it in to go out overnighted, so we will get them on TUESDAY!!! My FH told me to calm down, that they probably got to the warehouse and had to be sorted and that by the time they got it to the correct dept it was probably today,,,,,,but 2 days to process through the mail room?? Then I was thinking, and my invitations are an 8x8 square!!! How can the cut be wrong on a square!! (I have an album with them that you can check out and see for yourself)

I don't know what is goin on now!! My dealer has now let me down twice on when I will be receiving these invites. I am so upset because this is all do to an error that I made in the first place. But I wanted to originally get these in the mail on monday.....then yesterday.....then today.....now it won't be until at least Tuesday! I know that we have plenty of time, the RSVP is July 31st. But I want to get this done with already. It has been such an ordeal! I have been so upset now tonight when instead I was supposed to be celebrating my invites going out. This S U C K S!!!!!!

Don't beat yourself up over it - you still have plenty of time! I hate when they don't just CALL you though to give you a heads up - it makes me crazy!!
