Took a look at all of the balances including honeymoon, limos, etc. of what we will owe after this week's huge payment to the hall. I thought it would be much less! I should have never added it together and it would have been much easier to swallow. I decided that I we would give each vendor a chunk from this point on, until we have nothing to pay. I do not want to pay an enormous amount two weeks before the wedding. Please pray that we hit the lottery!

I did the same thing last night! Thank goodness I kept a running budget as we booked things! I can't wait until I know everything is paid for!!!

I calculate everyday...and want to cry each and every time...but then I calm down. Just want to try and pay as much as possible before the last payments are needed.

It's very scary how much we've spent already and how much we still have to spend! I really need to be frugal right now and not buy anything.

We are doing the same...trying to make the largest payments we can now. But the only vendor that we can pay in advance is the hall...everyone else wants payment a month before.
Did anyone else have the same issue? Did the vendor let you pay more in advance if you asked? I know I can save it in the bank if they won't...but I dont' feel safe. We had a few hundred in the house last month and something happened with the car and we were stuck and had to use it. I feel like if it wasn't there, I'd be forced to deal with 'money issues' differently.

Thus far all my vendors have said I could make payments along the way, instead of waiting for the 'big' payment at the two month mark.

Oh my God! I did that Sunday night....told FH the total, expecting him to fall over, but he was okay with it.
Glad he's okay with it...maybe he can tell me what bank we're going to rob to pay the balances!!

So you inspired me to work up a spreadsheet and now I'm in shock!!
I totally thought our budget was going to fall into a certain realm. I can't believe how much in deposits we've paid alone!!

FH told me he was buying a 1200 computer for himself, when I alreay have a new DELL. I was trying to make a point tp him by saying we have other expenses. Big mistake, really big, huge!!!!
