So what do you do for your bachelorette party if some of your BMs aren't big partiers?

So what do you do for your bachelorette party if some of your BMs aren't big partiers?

One BM in particular says she 'isn't a bar person.' Probably strippers would freak her out as well. Me, I want a real party! Like hunkamania, and lots of drinks. But I am only going to have one bachelorette party in my life where I'm the bachelorette, so should I have the party that I want and just hope that she goes along with it, or should I do something more subdued, like a spa day? I tend to worry about everyone having fun, but I would think that the bachelorette party is my day for fun and I should be able to have the type of party I want, right? What would you do?

REmember its YOUR day, and if she is a true friend, deserving of the BM title, she will be happy to do what ever you want. Don't look back and regret not having the party you want, when its her bachellerette party you guys can do it her way.

I think you should you do what you want and not worry about what other people prefer. You'll never be able to make everybody happy, and you shouldn't be disappointed for your bachelorette party simply because someone isn't a 'bar person.' Maybe you can go out to a fun restaurant and get lots of drinks there. After dinner, you can go out and get crazy. If your BM doesn't want to go to bars, she can at least join you for dinner. That way, she feels comfortable and participates, and you get to have the fun night you want.

The problem is that she's from out of state, so it's not like she'll be able to go home when she wants. She would probably stay at my FH's house, so she wouldn't be able to go home without me, really.

When you have different people to consider it's hard to be my way or the highway. Let her know what you would like planned and ask her if she would feel comfortable with it. Give her the option to come or not to come. I bet she will.

I say its your wedding and your bachelorette party so do what YOU want, not anyone else. If she is a true friend she will understand and just try to have fun. Don't worry about anyone else at your party! As long as you're having fun, that's what matters!

It's your bachelorette party and you should do what you want. I say go out and party and save the spa day for her BP. Like you said, you only get to have one BP and you should get to go crazy if that's what you want.
I have one BM that isn't a bar person, too. She very rarely goes out to bars and when she does, she never stays too long. But I know that when we go out for my BP she will stay out all night and party with me.

Well have you ever heard of the play Naked Boys Singing? Its an excellent, tasteful all NUDE male play in Greenwich! I swear to you, it is worth seeing and great for Bacholette parties!
