So we just got engaged on Thanksgiving and we are loving the daydreaming process of what our wedding is going to be like. We are checking out a ton of reception halls online and all the ones that we fall in love with I'm convinced that they are way out of our price range. How do you guys weed out these reception halls so we don't waste our time and the hall's time by visiting places without knowing their price range before calling/visiting?

congrats on getting engaged.
FH sister in law bought us a magazine which had all reception venues. In it was included the price ranges. I would definitely look for that. I believe it is called Locations (or something like that).
