Holidays are always crazy for us and usually we split up and FH goes to his families and I go to mine but this year we are staying together. Church and my family in the AM, his moms in the afternoon and his fathers in the evening. Of course there will be meals involved at each home

Going to church in the morning with my family and then having dinner with the fam at my house. My Mom and I are cooking. I am lucky - no splitting for me.

FH's family doesn't celebrate Easter, so we go to my parent's house in CT. Thank goodness he doesn't have to work on Easter this year!
ETA: I will also be eating my face off, because my diet starts on Monday!!

Well, since my wedding is in a week no one wants to have the holiday. So, for like the 2nd time in my life, we're going out to a restaurant (Irish Coffee something or other all the way out). FH is Jewish so we're lucky in that we never have to split these holidays. Just Thanksgiving - and that's enough of a headache

Irish Coffee Pub??? that is wher eI had my Sweet 16!!
We'll be staying here in VA--having dinner with a group of 20 friends (actually at my friend from LI's house down here). They started this traditiion a few years ago and it's a great alternative when we can't get to family!

We're hosting Easter!!!!
We're having my parents, my sister and her husband. We invited my FFIL, but I dont think he'll come - as he doesn't exactly flourish in social gatherings where it's expected that he participate in adult conversation.
FMIL will arrive for dessert, after FFIL leaves (they're divorced).
I went crazy on fresh direct and now I have like 6 pounds of duck in the freezer!

Church in the AM...then off to drop off Easter baskets for FH's goddaughter and her siblings. The off to FIL's for dinner...yummmy!!! I will officially be off the diet today.

We are hosting. FH is Jewish so it's only us, my Dad and brother. Our tiny house can't fit anymore people at the table anyway.
I must be old, I'm really excited to use my mom's china. Better get back in the kitchen.
