I missed the last one..and now that Ive been on here for a few months..I want to meet everyone! I think it would be fun. Does anyone know when the next one is?

my FH comes home in August. Whe you go to robert moses, you bear right and the first beach on the left has a nice pavillion. Does anyone know of others?
If we do sept there might be less people on the beach?

Sounds like so much fun. I'm a teacher so I have off all summer. I can help with the planning. Not to mention I live right near Robert Moses in Babylon. Not far for me Let me knw what need to be done.

I have alot of free time this summer as well! Whats the first step? Maybe find a date thats good, and then do we need to reserve the park or a spot by a grill? We can just have everyone bring something, meat, desert, salad, etc. Im just not sure how to get this started..I guess we need feedback from everyone as to what days are good..what month..sept. august, whatever..and then we can go from there! Any month is good with me...

MY e-party is Aug 24th try not to have that day...
I like the idea of september..... I think we would have a bit more privacy.....

If anybody works in NYC and wants to meet for lunch I would like to do that too! I haven't met anybody from LIW yet (I unfortunately had to miss the last GTG for some family stuff) but would love to meet up sometime!

I'd do a city one too, maybe at the south street seaport, friday happy hour! sequoers (SP?) is fun
